About Us

Your Neighbors When
the Water Stops Flowing

Smith Pump & Well Service has been a cornerstone of Vidor's water solutions for years. We know this area — the soil, the aquifers, the kind of systems that hold up in Southeast Texas weather.

We're not a franchise or a call center. When you call us, you reach a local team that shows up on time, explains what's wrong in plain language, and stands behind every job we do. That's how we've kept our neighbors' water running for generations.
